Secret to Getting Healthier As You Age

Our body is a sophisticated, advance intelligent life form that functions all by itself without our conscious awareness. The physical body form is another gift we  have been given, a vehicle that enables us to fully experience the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, touch and energy of ourselves and others and our magnificent planet lush with life and resource for our consumption and enjoyment.

Most people ignore their body and let doctors patch them up when their body fails. But few really understand the connection between the body’s innate wisdom and our higher self, and that how we speak about and treat our body affects the health of our body.

The good news is that no matter what your present health condition is, you can become healthier. But to do that you need to start being aware of what your body tells you and learn how to give it what it needs. This isn’t much different from a mother nurturing her child with loving, uplifting and confidence-building words so the child grows up sure of themselves and their path in life.

Be loving and nurturing to your body. Give it plenty of physical activities and stretching to keep it strong and limber, give it plenty of clean healthy water to keep it hydrated, feed it food grown naturally and free of GMOs, pesticides and over-processing, breathe deeply and get plenty of oxygen rich air and rest and regenerate your body often. And the most important of all, when you think about or speak of or to your body, do so with love and nurturing. Encourage your body to become healthier and more vibrant and youthful.

But don’t be surprised if you suddenly find yourself making healthier choices in what you put on and in your body and how you treat it. Your body will tell you everything you need to know to keep it healthy, you just need to notice its messages. For instance, if you get diarrhea every time you eat a certain food, you body is saying it can’t process that food properly right now. That doesn’t necessarily mean forever, it just means with your present body health, that substance isn’t a good choice. As you make better choices in regards to your body (and your thoughts) and get healthier and fitter, your body processes and functions will perform better, your energy will improve, you will sleep better and wake up refreshed and ready to create a new day.
